NMC's Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is approved by the Michigan Board of Nursing and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The program prepares graduates to take the NCLEX exam and become licensed registered nurses (RNs). Coursework spans general education and nursing-specific contacts, with clinical experience across hospital, ambulatory, and community settings. An online option and an LPN-to-ADN completion pathway are also available. RN employment is projected to grow 9% from 2020 to 2030, driven by an aging population and nursing workforce retirements.
