WOH1022 — WORLD HISTORY SINCE 1600: 3 Credits, 3 Hours

(Fall, Spring, Summer) This course provides a comprehensive survey of world history from the 17th century to the present. We will examine major political, social, economic, and cultural developments since 1600 that have shaped the modern world. Prerequisite: Successful completion of NFC developmental reading and writing course options or appropriate reading and writing placement scores on a postsecondary readiness test. Exemptions may exist; consult an academic advisor.
