(Fall, Spring, Summer) This course is designed to provide students with the practical tools for conducting social science research, applying theoretical perspectives, evaluating research findings and developing research projects addressing specific and testable questions. THIS COURSE DOES NOT FULFILL GENERAL EDUCATION SOCIAL SCIENCE REQUIREMENTS. Prerequisite: Successful completion of NFC developmental reading and writing course option or appropriate placement score on a postsecondary readiness test. Exemptions may exist; consult an academic advisor. Minimum grade of “C” in ENC 1101 is recommended, but not required.
