(Fall, Spring) This class will introduce students to the structure and function of the human body. Emphasis will be placed on current medical issues and diseases affecting our society today. Prerequisite: Successful completion of an NFC developmental reading course option or appropriate reading placement score on a postsecondary readiness test. Exemptions may exist; consult an academic advisor.
