CAD professionals use 2D and 3D CAD software to create designs, assisting businesses in building automotive and aerospace components, machine parts, and assemblies. Graduates are prepared to work as CAD Designers, CAD Detailers, CAD Technicians, or CAD Drafters. Students planning to transfer to a four-year college can pursue an engineering technology degree and should consult an MCC Counselor to ensure proper course selection.
