PEAC-145 — Social Dance

Note: Students must sign a health condition disclaimer form at the first class meeting. Social dance is designed to allow students an opportunity to learn multiple contemporary social dances while participating in moderate intensity physical activity. Students will actively participate in various contemporary social dances. Students will develop fundamental knowledge and skills to the intermediate level through participation in a variety of developmentally appropriate teaching progressions (e.g. part/whole method) relating to contemporary social dance. Course
