CADD-261 — Bldg Design Applications

The course will address how a builder or design professional develops a concept into working drawings. The course will address practical design issues found in the residential and light commercial construction industry. The students will develop design proposals for various building construction scenarios. The emphasis will be on the creation of architectural layout and detail drawings using a CADD system and the creation of the related documentation for the building project proposal. Course
