This course includes the skills necessary for a supervisory role in logistics. Students will learn the roles and responsibilities in managing different types of transportation operations. Topics include human resources, design and management of production operations, productivity, capacity planning, resource management, just-in-time systems, hazardous materials management, planning and project management.
