PLA2890 — Human Rights Law & Procedure

This course will address theoretical and practical questions the evolution and development of the laws addressing international human rights issues. Emphasis will be placed on the core issues, debates, struggles, failures, and successes of legal claims. Students must earn a grade of C or better to pass this course.

Prerequisites: ENC 1101, PLA 2120C
