PLA2273 — Torts

This course provides an examination of the theories governing tort law and the use of various pre-litigation tools. Topics covered include intentional torts, negligence and strict liability. The course also requires students to utilize the knowledge obtained to draft documents employed in practice.

Prerequisites: ENC 1101, PLA 2003, PLA 2120C, PLA 2227, PLA 2931
