This course focuses on the clinical application of Community Health Nursing Theory. Students will utilize the nursing process in the delivery of healthcare within the community environment. Students will assess the individual, family, and/or community, develop a plan of care, and deliver care to anindividual, family and/or community within a multicultural environment.
