This course presents an overview of the management of sourcing, operations, and distribution processes along a sup -ply chain in domestic and international markets. Students will learn how firms gain a competitive advantage through supply chain activities. Topics include: supply chain network design, purchas -ing, forecasting, inventory management, globalization and outsourcing, logistics, and information technology.
