The student will learn to analyze leader -ship theories and will acquire an aware -ness of the dynamics of supervisory and managerial decision-making. Emphasis will be placed on team building, crisis management, social and environmental responsibility, developing and communi -cating a vision, developing a full set of managerial and leadership skills.
