FOT2220 — Localization and Project Management

Software and website localization is a new and growing area of translation and is closely linked to the concepts of globalization and internationalization in electronic communications. In this introductory course students will learn how to adapt software for international markets as well as to how to translate websites. Students will also be introduced to basic concepts in localization project management.

Prerequisites: FOT2802, FOT2825
