EEX3071 — Teaching Exceptional and Diverse Populations in Inclusive Settings

3 credits · 3 hours

The student will learn current research-based instructional strategies, educational neuroscience, and legal and ethical issues necessary in addressing the needs of diverse learners in inclusive classrooms. The student will make informed decisions in adapting, accommodating, and modifying the curriculum for students with special needs. Fifteen hours of clinical experience are required.

Prerequisites: EEX2000, EDG3321
