This course prepares students to effec -tively plan, implement, coordinate and manage small to medium size information technology-related projects. The concepts and tools covered in this course offers practical knowledge on managing proj -ect scope, planning and scheduling, risk assessment, and identification of project resources. This course also prepares stu -dents for the CompTIA Project+ examina -tion, an industry standard IT certification.
