The student will learn how a driver that is under the influence of drugs or alcohol pose a hazard to themselves and others. The student will also learn how a law enforcement officer detects impaired driving, administers field sobriety tests, makes arrests when appropriate, and records the evidence of a DUI (driving under the influence) offense.
