Macomb's Business and IT Apprenticeship program partners employers with a customized, work-based training pathway across sectors including accounting, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital marketing, IT, and more. Apprentices complete 2,000–6,000 hours of on-the-job learning alongside 144–432 hours of related technical instruction (classroom or online). Programs last 12–24 months, are U.S. Department of Labor compliant, and are supported by Michigan Works!. Employers may qualify for tax credits and funding assistance.
