Apprenticeship Programs

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeships at Macomb are employer-sponsored, U.S. Department of Labor-registered programs pairing students with skilled on-the-job mentors in trades including manufacturing, construction, and maintenance. Students earn income while learning. Credits may apply toward an Associate degree. A Pre-Apprenticeship (MAP+) program offers one-semester Industrial Readiness preparation in Advanced Manufacturing or Construction tracks, earning nine college credits and the Industrial Readiness Certificate, often at no cost via grant funding.
