An associate degree program modeled after a real-world design studio, training students to transform concepts into 3D prototypes with manufacturing specifications using CAD software. Coursework includes CATIA, SolidWorks, Design Principles, Industrial & Materials Processes, Plastics Design & Manufacturing, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Jig & Fixture Design. In the final semester, students collaborate in multiskilled teams to research, design, manufacture, and assemble a product. Credits transfer to four-year institutions for those pursuing a bachelor's degree and product management roles.
