An online Workforce and Continuing Education program that prepares students for the Certified Professional Coder (CPC®) exam licensed by the AAPC. Students learn to translate patient records into medical codes used for billing, insurance claims, and medical research. Completable in approximately six months with no formal admission application required. Earners of the CPC® credential are eligible for seven college credits applicable toward an associate degree in Health Information Technology.
