Hands-on program providing industry-sanctioned training in computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software, and computer numerical control (CNC). Students manufacture functional products in labs using skills including grinding, lathe programming, machining, milling, modeling, reverse engineering, feeds, speeds, and rapid prototyping. Training uses industry-standard equipment and software such as HAAS, Bridgeport, Mastercam, and SolidWorks. Graduates qualify for CNC programming positions in aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial, and medical industries. Students may earn a certificate or associate degree.
