(formerly SPAN-2360) Third-semester Spanish picks up where SPAN-1470 has ended. The central goal is to advance the student's communicative ability and cultural competency with an emphasis on assimilating the language for complex communicative purposes. New language functions will be presented in meaningful activities that emphasize all four language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing, and empower further cultural exploration. Students are required to use computer based technology to practice these skills. (4 billable contact hrs)
