RSPT-2370 provides additional clinical experience for the respiratory therapy student. The student must complete 160 hours of clinical training in an area hospital. Objectives focus on pulmonary function testing, acid-base balance, mechanical ventilation, electrocardiology, and hemodynamic monitoring. This course is graded on a pass/fail basis. Students are required to pass this course to progress in the program. (5 billable contact hrs)
