(formerly ITIA-1300) Students will use tools and applications that are common in the cybersecurity industry like Nmap, Wireshark and Kali to analyze networks, interpret information and recommend changes to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities. Students will configure firewalls and virtual private networks (VPN). Students will also write a network security analysis. Assignments will prepare students to take the Certified Ethical Hacker exam. (3 billable contact hrs)
