(formerly ESLL-1020) This course improves students' academic English through writing, reading, speaking, and listening activities. Students will practice more grammatical structures such as verb tenses, modals, adjectives, and adverbs. Students will write paragraphs using simple and complex sentences. Students will improve vocabulary and spelling. Regular use of computer lab is included. (5 billable contact hrs)
