This course enables students to apply the knowledge and skills learned to the dental hygiene process of care: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Students will provide preventative, therapeutic, and educational services to clinical patients in a supervised dental setting. (7 billable contact hrs)
