Building off of the pipefitting fundamentals class, students will put learned theory into practice. This class will apply their knowledge in hands-on activities that are designed to mimic the pipe fitting trade. Students will learn how to perform tasks such as calculating cut lengths, calculating offsets, piping layout, weld prep, tapping pipe, and proper rigging techniques. (3 billable contact hrs)
