(formerly DRAD-2030) This course builds on the phases of the design process and construction and focuses on a large-scale commercial project with added integrated systems within environmental design, building code and program requirements, interior space relationships and circulation, study of materials selected for interior and exterior application, and introduction to the various building systems. Students will present hand sketch design solutions and create a BIM model to build upon throughout the phases of design and construction to complete a set of architectural drawings of their design solutions.
