An Introduction to the key concepts and principles of ethics as a basis for the study of values, ethical decisions, right actions and justice. It covers the philosophical roots, as well as modern applications of ethics based upon the ideas and influence of a wide range of philosophers. Emphasis is placed on the philosophical thought of the western canon.
