A comprehensive program covering the art, science, and business of wine, from grape growing and winemaking to tasting room management. Students learn at the Midwest's first and only commercial teaching winery, studying soil, marketing, sensory and chemical analysis, distribution, and compliance with opportunities to intern with local and national winemakers.
