Introduction to the insurance industry profession and environment. Includes identification of personal career goals, effective workplace behaviors and professionalism in the workplace in addition to strategies for problem solving and conflict management. Also covers the importance of integrity and ethical behavior in the insurance industry. This course is delivered through a partnership with Rio Salado College. Prerequisites: None
