EXSC 207 — Exercise Physiology

A lecture and laboratory class covering the basic principles and concepts of exercise, exercise training/conditioning, and athletic performance. Lectures are used to present core content. Laboratory experience will include the measurement and evaluation of muscular strength, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, cardiovascular function, respiratory function, flexibility, and body composition. Prerequisites: BIOL 110
