ENOL 215 — Methods Of Wine Analysis

This hands-on, lab-based course in wine analysis provides students with practical experience in analyzing the chemical and physical properties of wine. Students will learn analytical methods to measure common juice and wine parameters and ensure quality wine production. Prerequisites: ENOL 210 (may be taken concurrently) Additional Course Fee: $150.00
