ENOL 111 — Winery Hospitality Co-Op

This work-based, experiential learning course requires 90 hours of logged time participating in tasting room operations and direct to consumer wine sales. Students will gain experience in customer service, wine education, wine sales and transactions, and other hospitality services at an approved local winery of their arrangement, or LMC's commercial teching winery, Lake Michigan Vintners. Prerequisites: None
