CULI 210 — Cafe & Restaurant Operations

This course is designed to give the student an introduction to the requirements and techniques of running a restaurant kitchen. The student will prepare food and cook ala carte items and specials one day a week in our own student run restaurant. The student will rotate throughout a number of cooking stations which require various cooking techniques. Prerequisites: CULI 120 Additional Course Fee: $388.00
