Students will complete an internship in a variety of culinary settings recommended by the internship coordinator site that meets or exceeds American Culinary Federation Accreditation Criteria for a minimum of 400 documented hours. Hotels, restaurants, and catering companies are only a few of many establishments expected to be an internship site. Students must meet with Culinary Program faculty prior to enrollment.
