Topics include professional skills needed to be successful in personal sales, especially credibility, time management, organizing sales operations, sales planning, customer and competitive research, negotiations, listening, and communication. Explores sales management topics to become a valuable member of a professional sales team, ranging from territory management, and sales organization structure to team sales. Emphasizes methodical rigor and practical application. Prerequisites: None
