This course provides application of theory in the clinical environment of a hospital with the application of skills in basic and advanced surgical procedures while incorporating the biomedical resources in surgical specialty areas. This course will require a minimum of 32 hours a week in the clinical environment with a 1 hour per week surgical seminar in the classroom.
