This course is an introduction to the field of cognitive psychology, providing an overview of major theories, findings, and methods of the cognitive perspective. The cognitive psychology approach attempts to discover and explain the underlying processes behind perception, attention, thinking, memory, language, and decision making as part of an information processing system. Prerequisite: PSY 10100 (Social Science Credit)
