PSY10100 — Introduction to Psychology

This course is a study of human and animal behavior with reference to perception, learning memory, thinking, emotions, intelligence, aptitude, and personality. The need for scientific investigation of behavior is stressed throughout the course. In addition, the behavioral neuroscience, psychodynamic, social/behavioral, cognitive, and humanistic viewpoints are considered for analysis of psychological phenomena. (Social Science Credit)
