HUM20500 — The Individual and Society

This course examines the perspectives of many social sciences and cultures in order to appreciate the mosaic of American and other societies from a variety of points of view. As several key current social issues and controversies are studied, students will work to illuminate an understanding of their own place in their communities, the larger society, and the modern world. (Humanities Credit)
