In this course, the student will learn how to have a professional image, the history of skin and its cells, and anatomy and physiology. Students will also learn bacteria classifications and safety procedures for a salon. The student will learn the business part of managing a salon and the selling of products and services. Students must pass this course with a minimum grade of “C-” to advance to the next section. This course is replacing COS 14101.
