This course covers the remaining basic techniques pertaining to all aspects tested by the State Board of Cosmetology. It continues building on experience of cosmetology through theory as well as practical applications per State Board requirements. Students must obtain all hours associated with this course and must pass this course with a minimum grade of “C-” to advance to the next section.
