The student will learn Windows Operating Systems, other operating systems and technologies, and security. Additionally, the student will study security, software troubleshooting, and operational procedures. The student will troubleshoot PC operating system problems with appropriate tools; troubleshoot common PC security issues with appropriate tools and best practices; troubleshoot common mobile OS and application issues and application security issues with appropriate tools.
