Jackson College's accredited Vascular Sonography Associate in Applied Science program combines classroom learning, laboratory work, and up to 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Students learn to perform vascular ultrasound procedures including carotid duplex scanning, lower and upper extremity arterial and venous duplex exams, and apply knowledge of hemodynamics and vascular physiology. Graduates are eligible for national certification and prepared for careers in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic imaging facilities.
