In this course, students explore the nature and paradigm of leadership to refine leadership skills and attitudes. Students focus on examining personality traits, behavioral change, influencing tactics, and goal-setting techniques. They will also consider the role of motivation, effective communication, empathy, trust, team building, and human relations.
