RTE 1457L — Radiographic Imaging II Lab

1 credits · 1 hours

In this course, students apply the concepts and principles learned in RTE1457 by observing and measuring the effects of the x-ray beam on image quality and exposure parameters. Radiographers must analyze image quality and take corrective action when necessary; so, the students practice these skills in the energized x-ray lab. Students adhere to and practice radiation safety while in the laboratory setting. For each lab project the students prepare a written analysis and summary for assessment.

Prerequisites: RTE 1418, RTE 1513, RTE 1513L, RTE 1824
