RET 2442C — Respiratory Care Theory III with Lab

In this course, students study artificial airway management, theories associated with blood gas analysis, noninvasive patient monitoring techniques, along with an introduction to mechanical ventilation. A lab setting is utilized to reinforce lecture and enable the student to develop the skills necessary to perform in a clinical setting.

Prerequisites: RET 2275C, RET 2503, RET 2832
