PLA 2303 — Criminal Litigation

This course provides students with a survey of the criminal justice system. Substantive and procedural aspects of criminal law are studied. Course content includes the nature of different crimes, and the penalties involved. Also covered are the pre- trial procedures, the discovery process, the plea-bargaining process, and the problems involved in the conduct of trial pro- ceedings.
